The fee for your endodontic treatment will be based on the extent of treatment. During your first visit we will discuss the probable number of visits, their length, and the fees involved.Endodontic fees usually range from $900 to $1,500 and it is our policy that your care is paid for at the time of treatment.
As a courtesy to our patients, we will bill your primary and secondary insurance companies for the treatment you receive.
We will ESTIMATE to the best of our ability the amount your insurance company will pay. We ask that you pay the difference between ESTIMATED coverage and the cost of the procedure at the time of service.
Should your insurance pay more than the estimated amount, our office will refund the difference.
NON PAYMENT
In the event that your insurance company has not paid any or all of the ESTIMATED coverage amount after four weeks, you, the patient, are still liable and you will be asked to pay the balance in full at that time.
You may wish to pursue the claim with your insurance company personally and we are happy to provide you with appropriate documentation.
NEW PATIENTS
If we are unable to confirm insurance coverage at the time of your appointment, payment for the entire procedure will be due at the time of service.
